Soft pressing of grapes, cold settling of the must (5-7°C) and start the fermentation. Next fermentation in autoclaves (steel) at a temperature of 15° C for 40-45 days and rest on the yeast for 30 days. Bottling and aging for 30 days
Pale straw yellow colour. Delicate and fruity scent. Dry and characteristic taste. Excellent aperitif wine, perfect with all the meal. Served at 8-10 °C.
