The Vineyards are situated at an altitude between 200 and 250 meters above sea level grown on medium textured clay soil.
Pressing of the grapes and cryomaceration of the pressed grapes for 24 hours with temperature below 10°C. Next soft pressing and decantation of the must and start alcoholic fermentation at 17°C. Stay on yeasts for 3 months. Then transfer and aging in steel for 5 months. Bottling and aging in bottle for 60 days.
Pale yellow colour. Vinous and fruity. Pleasant dry flavour. Recommended with seafood and fried fish. Served at 8-10 °C
