Vineyards and type of land

Vinification and aging
Crushing and light maceration for 24 hours. Soft pressing and must cold decantation, then start of the fermentation at 17 °C. The wine stays on years for 5 months into a steel tanks. Follows several decanting and final aging for 3 months into the tanks. Bottling and rest on bottles for at least 30 days.
Wine layout
White wine a very light coppery reflex. Wisteria and exotic fruits scents. Dry and saline taste. Medium alcool.
